These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the Luck 31 website and services, including but not limited to online sports betting, live casino games, and promotional programmes. Using the Luck 31 platform in any capacity constitutes full acceptance of these terms. Luck 31 reserves the right to update these terms at any time with reasonable notice to registered players.
1. Definitions
Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings defined below:

2. Eligibility & Registration

- You are registering and using the platform on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party, business entity, or under the direction of any other person.
- You have not previously held a Luck 31 account that was closed, suspended, or self-excluded. Each individual may hold only one Luck 31 account at any time.
- You acknowledge that online betting carries financial risk and you are participating voluntarily with full understanding of that risk.
Age Verification: Luck 31 reserves the right to request proof of age at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 72 hours of request may result in account suspension and withholding of any balance pending review.
To register, you must provide a valid Pakistani mobile number and create a secure password. You are responsible for the accuracy of all information provided. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account closure without refund.
3. Account Rules
By registering and maintaining an account at Luck 31, you agree to the following account management rules:
- One account per person. Operating multiple Luck 31 accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts except the earliest will be closed and any bonuses or gains derived from multi-accounting will be voided.
- Account security. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Luck 31 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have not notified us promptly of a suspected breach.
- Contact details. You must keep your registered mobile number current and accurate. Luck 31 uses your mobile number as a primary contact and verification channel. Outdated contact information may delay withdrawals or bonus processing.
- Account sharing. Allowing another person to access or use your Luck 31 account — whether for betting, withdrawal, or any other purpose — is a violation of these terms and may result in account closure.
- Dormant accounts. An account with no login activity for 12 consecutive months is considered dormant. Luck 31 may apply a monthly administrative fee of Rs 100 to dormant accounts, deducted from the available balance. Players will be notified before fees are applied.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the Luck 31 platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Luck 31 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

- SadaPay
- Bank IBFT (all major Pakistani banks)
- Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards
Deposit Limits: Minimum deposit is Rs 200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may be adjusted by Luck 31 at any time. Players may request their current applicable limits by contacting support.
Withdrawal Rules: Minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible. Luck 31 targets withdrawal processing within 5–15 minutes for fully verified accounts. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
Luck 31 does not charge internal fees on deposits or withdrawals. Standard fees imposed by your payment provider apply as normal and are outside our control. Withdrawals may only be made to accounts or wallets that belong to the registered account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
Luck 31 reserves the right to request additional identity or payment verification before processing any withdrawal. Players who have received bonus funds must satisfy applicable wagering requirements before cash withdrawal is permitted for that portion of the balance.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
Luck 31 offers a variety of promotional bonuses to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the Promotions page at the time the bonus is claimed, in addition to the general bonus rules set out here.
- Eligibility. Bonuses are available to verified players in good standing. Luck 31 reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion, including where abuse or irregular play patterns are identified.
- Wagering requirements. All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal eligibility. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion's terms. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement is 15× the bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity window stated for each promotion — typically 7 days from bonus credit.
- Contribution rates. Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Live casino main bets (including Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, Roulette, Blackjack, Baccarat) contribute 100%. Side bets contribute 50%. Aviator contributes 80%. Specific contribution rates are detailed on each promotion's page.
- Bonus abuse. Using multiple accounts, coordinating with other players, exploiting technical errors, or employing low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk exposure constitutes bonus abuse. Luck 31 will void bonuses and any associated winnings where abuse is confirmed.
- Cashback bonuses. Cashback promotions are calculated on net losses over the stated period. Cashback is credited as real money with no wagering requirement unless stated otherwise on the promotion page.
- Referral programme. Refer a Friend rewards are credited upon the referred player completing their first qualifying deposit and gaming session. Both the referrer and referred player must be verified account holders. Self-referral or creating accounts solely to generate referral rewards constitutes abuse and will result in all associated accounts being closed.
General Rule: Luck 31 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or expire any bonus at any time. If a technical error results in an incorrect bonus amount being credited, Luck 31 may correct the error by adjusting the balance accordingly.
6. Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets placed on Luck 31 are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules published within each game or market.
- Bet confirmation. A bet is only confirmed once you receive an explicit confirmation message or the bet appears in your bet history. Luck 31 is not responsible for bets that were not received due to connectivity issues on the player's side.
- Minimum and maximum stakes. Each game and betting market has its own minimum and maximum stake limits. These are displayed within the game interface at time of betting. Luck 31 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.
- Void bets. Bets may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: match abandonment before the betting market's completion criteria, technical failure affecting bet placement or settlement, manifest pricing errors, or confirmed suspicious activity linked to the event.
- Settlement. Sports betting markets are settled based on the official result as published by the relevant governing body. In live casino games, the outcome determined by the live dealer at the conclusion of the round is final. Luck 31 will correct settlement errors when identified, including recovering funds where a win was incorrectly credited.
- Disconnections. If you lose connection during a live casino round, Luck 31 systems will manage your active hand or round according to the applicable game rules. Where a game permits an auto-action, that action will be applied. Your winnings or losses for completed rounds will be correctly reflected in your balance on reconnection.
Luck 31 reserves the right to limit maximum winnings on any individual bet, game round, or session at its discretion. Players with unusually high win rates or patterns consistent with professional gambling strategies may be subject to stake restrictions.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Luck 31 platform and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances where confirmed:

- Colluding with other players or external parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting results.

All players with frozen accounts will be informed of the reason and have the right to provide documentation in their defence.
8. Responsible Gaming
